Under one of the olive trees in our back yard, my sweetie [info]harmonyheifer and I jumped the broom in the presence of friends, family and a really good band. Our crazy greyhound cowered in the guest bathtub, occasionally poking her nose out from behind the shower curtain to see if the coast was clear yet. Filk broke out in the front room. A good time was had by all. The next day, exhausted, we ran for the border, or at least a cruise ship that would take us there.

Congratulations, and happy anniversary! I remember the wedding ceremony--it was one of the best I ever attended. You two rock.
